Over this time, I have gained a lot of knowledge about bodybuilding, finding the most effective training strategies and diets. Now, I want to share these strategies with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.

My bodybuilding journey began when I was 18, shortly after leaving school. Despite having a fast metabolism and being one of the skinnier kids in high school, I became obsessed with building muscle and gaining weight.
I faced challenges due to my ectomorph body type, which led me to start a personal training course at 19 and conducted extensive research on body types, weight gain, and weight loss.
Over the years, I have tried various training and diet programs, learning invaluable lessons about my body and what works for me. At 32, I can confidently say that I’m the healthiest I have ever been and in the best shape of my life, thanks to the programs I’ve developed through years of dedication.
